SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Our standard operating days are Monday to Friday with 2 day delivery by FedEx. Direct signature is required for all shipments.

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your custom order to ship.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Shipments to New York will incur a state tax of 8.875% of the purchase amount.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

$15 – Delivers in two business days once order is produced and available to ship.

$25 – Delivers next business day once order is produced and available to ship.

*For shipments outside of the USA, please note that the International Shipping fee is not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be applied to your order when the package reaches your destination.

Shipping rate is calculated automatically at the time of check out. International shipments are sent via FedEx International Priority and require direct signature. Delivery is expected within 3-7 business days once order is produced and available to ship.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

$40 – Any item(s) 2lbs and under. Delivers within 3-7 business days once order is produced and available to ship.

$50 – Any item(s) over 2lbs. Delivers within 3-7 business days once order is produced and available to ship.

*For shipments outside of the USA, please note that the International Shipping fee is not inclusive of any customs or import duties and taxes that could be applied to your order when the package reaches your destination. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges.These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery.

Please note, refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.


RETURN POLICY

Ana Khouri does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@anakhouri.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process. If your purchase becomes faulty at a later date, please email contact@anakhouri.com for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos
